The one thing that we ALL definetly share in common is the need to ensure that we are always in good health and always doing what we need to do to ensure that we maximise this as much as possible. You don't have to be rich or famous to afford to be fit and well; incorporating small changes into your daily routine is enough to improve your health in the long term without the need to break the bank!
Anything from taking a walk around the block to putting on your favourite CD at home and dancing like crazy to it is enough to improve your health and fitness levels. Plus it can be so much fun and does not have to cost you a penny.
